Terms and Conditions

We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website. However, due to variations in computer monitors and lighting conditions, the colors and finishes shown may differ slightly from the actual product.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax, import duties, or shipping fees, which will be added to your total order amount at checkout.

YuFeng Inc reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to delivery.

We accept payment via wire transfer, credit card, and bank transfer. Payment must be received in full before we begin production of your order.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date.

YuFeng Inc will use reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery dates provided. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in production or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or delays in shipping.

All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. If no one is available to accept delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made, and additional delivery fees may apply.

YuFeng Inc warrants that all our furniture products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods:

• Lifetime warranty on all wooden frames
• 15-year warranty on upholstery and finishes for flagship collection items
• 10-year warranty on upholstery and finishes for all other items

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper installation or maintenance.

All content on the YuFeng Inc website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of YuFeng Inc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to copying our furniture designs for commercial purposes.

In no event shall YuFeng Inc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
