Policy Overview

At YuFeng Inc, we are committed to providing our discerning clients with the highest quality luxury furniture and exceptional customer service. We understand that purchasing furniture online is a significant investment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges of our luxury furniture products. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Standard in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team
  • Custom-made, personalized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Items that have been used, modified, damaged or improperly installed are not eligible for return

Custom Order Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury furniture, all custom orders are final sale. This includes items with custom dimensions, custom fabric or leather selections, custom finishes, and any other modifications made to our standard designs.

Once production begins on your custom order, no changes or cancellations can be made. Our design consultants will work closely with you to ensure that all specifications are correct before production commences.

In the unlikely event that your custom item arrives with manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge.

Return Process

    Receive Approval

    Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions

  3. 3.
    Prepare Item

    Carefully repack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit

  4. 4.
    Schedule Pickup

    We will arrange for white-glove pickup of the item from your location

  5. 5.
    Inspection & Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping, delivery and installation fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately at +14757550066 or yufenginc@yeah.net within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect, as well as photos of the packaging. We will arrange for an inspection and, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the item.

All our furniture comes with a lifetime warranty on the wooden frame and a 10-15 year warranty on upholstery and finishes.
